Can I get my name printed on the product?

As our products are in stock and ready for dispatch, we do not offer this service.  Our Shoulder Bags offer a name tag slot, the size of a business card, that you can use for your name.  This also enables us to keep our costs down and our price to you as competitive as possible.

Can I order the products in different colours or customise it?

Our products are only available in the colours that you see in our product photos, on our website.

Are Tuff Tool Bag products in stock and when will it be shipped?

Tuff Tool Bags products are always in stock and ready to be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.

When will my purchase be delivered?

Once our products have been shipped you will receive your purchase within the usual delivery times that Australia Post offer for your location.  We have a postage table for you to use to estimate the delivery time and will issue you with a tracking number so you can get up to date info and estimated delivery dates.

Can I come and pick up or look at the products?

Tuff Tool Bags is an online only retailer, therefore we are unable to offer a pick up service.  We fully back our products and are certain you will be satisfied with the standard of quality and therefore offer money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase.

Will I get a tax invoice?

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped we will email to you a tax invoice.  If you require a paper copy with your shipment, you must request it when you are purchasing the item or contact us for one to be mailed to you.

Can I get express postage?

Express postage is an option at checkout.

Return Policy 

We accept returns within 30 days if the product is unused at the buyers postage expense or 12 months if the product is faulty at our expense.
